Q: What can I expect during my 90-minute Awaken session? A: You'll have space to share what's really going on. Your body, your stress, your life. No rushing, no filters. Together we'll get to the root of what's been draining you and you'll leave with 3 to 5 tangible steps you can start immediately. This is not a generic wellness consultation. It's built entirely around you.

Q: How do I know if this session is right for me? A: This session is for you if you're exhausted in a way rest doesn't fix, feeling off in your body, tired of being handed prescriptions without real answers, or navigating a life transition and ready to feel clear and grounded again. If you're ready to stop guessing and finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you, this is for you.

Q: What happens after I book? A: You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare for your session. All you need to bring is honesty about where you are and openness to what's possible.

Q: Is this therapy or ongoing coaching? A: No. This is private consultation and advisory. Not therapy, not coaching, and not medical care. It is a focused 90-minute session grounded in whole-person awareness and root-cause insight. All decisions made as a result of our conversation are entirely your own.

Q: What happens after the session? A: You leave with clarity, a specific action plan, and the confidence of having been truly heard. If continued private consulting feels aligned for both of us, the next step is Align, available by approval only. The Awaken session is complete and valuable entirely on its own.

Q: How should I prepare for the session? A: You don't need to prepare anything elaborate. Simply come ready to be honest about what's really going on. The clarity comes from the conversation itself.

Q: Is this session confidential? A: Yes. Everything shared during your session is private and treated with the highest level of care, respect, and confidentiality.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan? A: Yes. For your convenience a payment plan option is available at checkout. Full payment is also accepted. Either way your session is confirmed upon completed payment.

Q: How is this different from seeing a doctor or nutritionist? A: A doctor treats symptoms. A nutritionist focuses primarily on food. What I do goes further. As a Certified Naturopath and Nutrition Counselor I look at the whole picture together. Your stress, your body signals, your lifestyle, your mindset, your nutrition, and your environment all at once. We go to the root, not just the surface.

Q: What is your background and training? A: I am a graduate of Trinity College of Natural Health and a Certified Naturopath. I am also a Master Herbalist, Certified Aromatherapist, Certified Nutrition Counselor, Certified Bach Flower Practitioner, and Certified Mindfulness Practitioner. My education combined with over 20 years of lived experience as a breast cancer survivor and wellness consultant forms the foundation of everything I bring to our work together.

Session Policies
All Awaken sessions are non-refundable. Your purchase must be used within three (3) months of the purchase date. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule to avoid forfeiture. As a courtesy, you may reschedule (1) time without forfeiture. This session is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis services. By booking, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your decisions and implementation.
