A: In our 90 minutes together, we identify the primary issue to address first. We clarify priorities, reduce competing demands, and create a clean next-step plan so you leave with direction, decisiveness, and momentum.
Q: How do I know if this session is right for me?
A: Awaken is for women who know something needs to change but feel stuck, unclear, or overloaded by options. If you’re ready to make a decision and move forward with clarity, this session is designed for you.
Q: What happens after I book?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details for your session and simple next steps so you arrive prepared and focused.
Q: Is this therapy or ongoing coaching?
A: No. Awaken is a focused private clarity session designed to help you gain direction, make decisions, and move forward with a clear plan. It is not therapy or long-term coaching.
Q: What happens after the session?
A: You’ll leave with clarity and a defined next direction. If continued support feels aligned, additional private options may be available — but the session itself is complete and valuable on its own.

Q: What is your rescheduling and refund policy?
A. This session is non-refundable. Your purchase may be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.

Q: How should I prepare for the session?
A: You don’t need to prepare anything elaborate. Simply arrive ready to be honest about where you feel stuck and what you want to change. Clarity comes from the conversation itself.

A: Yes. Everything shared during your session is private and treated with the highest care, respect and confidentiality.

Session Policies
​All Awaken sessions are non-refundable. Your purchase must be used within three (3) months of the purchase date. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule to avoid forfeiture. As a courtesy, you may reschedule (1) time without forfeiture. This session is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis services. By booking, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your decisions and implementation.
